About the role
The Tesco Mobile Operate Super Circle is a highly driven team at the heart of every customer and colleague journey. We support the operational delivery of business initiatives, working in 3 highly skilled agile Circles

1. Execution. Ensuring the brilliant execution of workload into Channels
2. Operations. Supporting the BAU and continuous improvement delivery of our Channels
3. Channel Infrastructure. Developing and maintaining the physical and structural framework of our physical channels

As Compliance Support you will be responsible for leading the day to day activities for supporting Compliance, Security and Operational standards in our Retail Channel, managing the relationship with our external supplier for our Mystery Shopper process, alongside supporting the delivery of compliance requirements across Channels as required by the Compliance Expert.
You will be part of the Tesco Mobile Operate Super Circle, working in the Operations Circle reporting to the Compliance Expert, ensuring that Tesco Mobile delivers on it's core principles.

You will be responsible for
- Supporting the Compliance Expert in managing the day to day relationship with our Mystery Shopper partner to deliver consistently great performance
- Collate and analyse data and insight to identify Improvement opportunities for the security of our colleagues, customers and stock
- Support the Compliance Expert to review all future Tesco Mobile and Telecoms change and the operational impact on the channel and it's compliance requirments, ensuring the best colleague and customer journeys are created first time
- Lead on continuous improvement program of works for compliance, operational standards and security measures
- Analyse and prepare performance updates to internal stakeholders, continuously identifying opportunities to improve
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across all Operational Circles, Retail Leadership, Shareholder security teams, and Stock teams to initiate change for the benefit of our colleagues, customers and the business
- Follow our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence whilst remaining compliant at all times

You will need
**Skills and Experience**
- Supplier Management
- Influencing & communication skiils
- Data Analysis
- Forecasting/budgeting
- Relationship building
- Strong working knowledge of regulated products in the Telecoms Industry
- Previous retail experience
- A good working knowledge of Tesco Mobile products and services
