**Finance & Facilities Manager - Vale of Glamorgan**

**Hybrid Working Opportunity**

**£17.00 - £19.23 Per Hour + Holiday Pay**

My client is a fantastic charitable organisation based in the Vale of Glamorgan. They are currently looking to recruit a personable and hands-on Finance & Facilities Manager to join their friendly team on a temporary basis. The role is to cover a periodof sickness and is expected to last approximately 6 months.

As part of the Leadership Team you will work closely with the Chief Executive and be responsible for the following tasks:

- Assisting with the preparation and production of the monthly management accounts showing performance against plans and budgets
- Record and monitor all income and expenditure
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets and cashflow forecasts
- Maintain an audit trial for all funding streams, in order to prepare reports for external funders
- Provide efficient account records and reconciliation of the control accounts on a monthly basis
- Management of the organisation’s bank account
- Dealing with grants
- Oversee an outsourced payroll to ensure all salaries are aid in accordance with statutory requirements
- Provide financial information and costs for any new work tenders and projects
- Support with the preparation of the statutory financial statements for the auditors
- Reconcile and record rents and housing benefit payments
- Manage insurances
- Strong Excel skills are highly advantageous coupled with previous experience of working on Xero accounting
