**The role**
Joining the Finance, Planning and Analytics team as an Administrative Assistant in the Master Data Team, you will:
- Resolve queries where inconsistent information is supplied on request forms, or where it is apparent correct procedures have not been followed; escalating complex queries to senior colleagues as required.
- Creating and maintaining Master File data within the Finance system.
**About you**
You will have excellent organisation, communication and customer service skills, enjoy detailed accurate work, be able to work well as part of a busy team, and be confident posing questions to staff at all levels in a professional manner. The University is a diverse organisation making and receiving payments in countries across the World and our master data reflects this; common sense is essential.
Previous experience of working in a large organisation and with financial systems would be useful, but not essential as training will be given.
