**The Role**

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and well-organised **Administration Assistant**to support our small but busy office team. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Booking couriers and liaising with customers to arrange deliveries
- Welcoming visitors and receiving goods into the office
- Processing customer payments accurately and securely
- Handling filing, data entry and document archiving
- Supporting general administrative and reception duties as required

- Clear, professional communication, both spoken and written
- A well-organised, accurate and calm approach to work
- A friendly attitude and willingness to assist others
- Previous experience in an office or customer service role would be helpful, but full training will be provided
