**The Admin Assistant Role**:
You will be an important member of the team providing administration support for the Wealth Administration Department. Every member of our team plays a key role in the customer journey, we have a tight knit friendly culture of teamwork and shared responsibility.We want to reward and

Job Role will include the following duties;
- Providing administrative support across the business
- Maintaining and adding data to the back-office IT system
- Answering the telephone
- Scanning, photocopying and verifying documents
- Chasing providers for case updates
- Liaising with clients
- any other administration or support as required
- Full Training will be given in order to complete the above duties to the best of your ability.
- Financial Services administration experience is preferable but not compulsory.

**The Administration Assistant Package**:

- Up to £22,000 basic salary
- Career progression to Mortgage Administrator
- Hours 8:30am - 5pm
- Monday - Friday

**The ideal Admin Assistant**
- IT Literate
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills & polite telephone manner
- Ambitious
- Great interpersonal skills
- Willing to listen and follow instruction
- You'll also need to be self motivated and be highly motivated and organised.
