**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Coordinator you will be managing a portfolio of customers, you will have the opportunity to build good relationships with those customers which will also allow you to be reactive to issues before they become a problem. Providing excellent customer service should be a passion of yours, where you love to go the extra mile and take huge amounts of pride in your work.

**Key Responsibilities**

The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Communicating with existing customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
- Cross-sell and up-sell additional services and products.
- Manage all opportunities through the company CRM, and close deals to secure revenue.
- Actively make sure that customers are satisfied with their purchases.
- Clearly communicate customer requirements internally to ensure customer and company expectations are met.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to implement the company’s sales strategy to achieve company objectives.
- Produce an action plan for sales activity that is to be regularly updated.
- Understand each customer’s buying process and execute a defined sales process while adapting to each customer’s situation.
- Ensure individual key performance indicators are met.

**Who we are looking for**

The successful Customer Service Coordinator will have.
- Essential experience_
- Experience working in a Sales Admin role using a CRM.
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload.
- Time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Excel.
- A track record in meeting goals.
- Ability to use own initiative and have the confidence to identify and develop relationships with key decision makers in target organisations.
- A strong team player capable of working towards individual and team targets.
- Hard working, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Experience with Sage 50.
- Experience in the industry would be nice, but product training will be provided.
- Experience in warm calling current customers with the ability to upsell.

Pay: From £24,570.00 per year
