Our Bridgwater site is a state-of-the-art operation employing over 600 colleagues, producing millions of litres of drinks every week. As Site Supply Chain Lead, you'll be at the centre of it all, part of the Senior Leadership Team shaping the direction, performance, and success of one of the UK's most advanced beverage manufacturing sites.

You'll be leading a diverse mix of people, some new to the business, others with years of experience and strong opinions, and uniting them under one clear vision. Building rapport, earning respect, and fostering collaboration across Planning, Warehousing, Production, Engineering, and Quality will be key to your success.
You'll combine strategic thinking with the credibility to influence at every level from the shop floor to senior management, ensuring that supply chain performance drives operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead the Supply Chain function for the Bridgwater site — covering Planning, Scheduling, and Warehousing.
- Deliver performance excellence against all supply chain KPIs, including OTIF, waste, working capital, and stock accuracy.
- Drive planning and scheduling optimisation, ensuring effective MRP and inventory management that supports production and customer demand.
- Champion safety, quality, and compliance across warehouse operations, embedding a culture of responsibility and continuous improvement.
- Identify and lead supply chain initiatives, reducing waste, improving service, and optimising cost per pallet and OEE performance.
- Build and develop a high-performing team, fostering talent, succession, and strong leadership behaviours aligned with Refresco's values.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the Plant Leadership Team to support site-wide projects, efficiency programmes, and performance targets.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify optimisation opportunities and implement sustainable improvements.
- Experience working within complex, matrix organisations and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with modern supply chain methodologies and systems such as SAP.
- A proven track record of leading teams to deliver outstanding operational results while nurturing a culture of empowerment and excellence.
Join Refresco and help shape the future of great-tasting drinks. Apply now and refresh your career.
