Are you a natural talker with a knack for building relationships over the phone? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and love the thrill of chasing and closing new business?

We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused, and proactive
Sales Executive
to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for our existing customers; building lasting relationships, understanding their evolving needs, and helping them get the most value from our products and services.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and guidance
  • Identifying opportunities to expand customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling relevant products or services
  • Proactively engaging with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and future needs
  • Coordinating regular account reviews, follow-up calls, and product updates to drive customer success
  • Collaborating with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to deliver a seamless customer experience and continuously improve account strategies

What we're looking for:

  • A confident, engaging communicator with a strong phone presence
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient - you're not afraid to hear "no"
  • Experience in sales, telesales, or lead generation (B2B preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills - you can manage multiple conversations without dropping the ball
  • A team player with a hunger to learn, grow, and succeed

Our in-house Legal Practice provides policyholders with outstanding claims and legal services.
