**The Business**

Over the past 25 years, ALPS has become a leading provider of add-on insurance products and claims services to the insurance broker market.

Based in Congleton, Cheshire, ALPS works with a large and well-established partnership base of Insurance brokers covering the whole of the UK market.

We’re looking for a marketing executive to grow the ALPS business through the delivery of multi-channel campaigns to reach our B2B and B2B2C target markets.

The marketing manager will be responsible for the guardianship of the ALPS Brand, including PR and attendance at events.

Enable Brokers to effectively market to clients on the behalf of ALPS - generating growth by Brokers who are being supported by your work.

- Volume of inbound requests for support materials.

**Secondary indicators -**
- Satisfaction score of materials.
- Proactive collaboration with Brokers to activate new B2B2C ideas.

**Responsibilities**

LinkedIn:

- Monitor & share competitor and broker activities.
- Keep abreast of industry news and interacting with those that could increase our follower base and generate sales leads.
- Publish ALPS product / people / community-in-action news and thought leadership content.
- Build and dispatch regular cross sell and up sell messaging.
- Use Marketing CRM to generate lists.
- Extract leads based on click activity and circulate to BDMs.
- Maintain a good ISP sender reputation by cleansing database.

Public Website(s) & authenticated sales portal:

- Maintain view of website(s) activity via Google Analytics.
- Keep all product & contact pages up to date.
- Ensure up to date training (videos) within sales portal.

Events:

- Organise presence at the Broker events calendar, including the costings (ROI), logistics and plan of action.
- For exhibiting events, organise the logistics and items ready for the team and manage the upkeep of stand and printed promotional material.

Sales support material:

- Manage presentation templates to be used for sales proposals.
- Create bespoke digital marketing literature for both Brokers and their clients, to a template.

Brand guardianship:

- Maintain templates, including policy wordings and company documents.

**Role suitability**

We’re looking for someone with 1 or 2 of years of marketing experience, ideally within an FCA regulated environment. You’ll be very familiar with Microsoft Word, especially Powerpoint, and ideally Adobe Creative products.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
