Heamar Company Limited is a leading supplier of tooling to mass-transit, military, F1 racing, and aerospace industries. Our product range spans from simple sockets and spanners to bespoke airline toolkits. As part of our continued growth, we are expanding into new markets, including solar energy, while strengthening our presence in the Mil/Aero sector.

In addition, we are seeking to support our daughter company, Wireco, a leader in industrial wire products. This role will be pivotal in supporting Heamar's strategy for 2025, including market expansion and profit maximisation, while also collaborating with Wireco on their marketing needs to ensure alignment with both companies’ business goals.

**Job Purpose**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Lead Generation & Brand Development**:
Collaborate with the sales team to generate and qualify leads for the new solar market.

Develop content, campaigns, and communications to build Heamar’s profile in the military and aerospace industries.

Assist in Wireco’s brand development by generating leads and increasing visibility within the wire products industry.

**Digital Marketing Campaigns**:
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns targeting solar market customers and Mil/Aero sector prospects, supporting Heamar's overall strategy.

Support Wireco’s digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

Increase the online presence of both companies through SEO, social media management, and content creation.

**Content Creation**:
Ensure content aligns with both companies' business goals and target audiences.

Assist Wireco in developing tailored content for their specific product offerings.

**Collaboration with Sales**:
Work in tandem with the sales teams of both Heamar and Wireco to support lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention efforts.

Track campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to optimise lead generation in line with Heamar's objectives.

**Market Research & Analysis**:
Conduct research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Provide insights and reports on campaign effectiveness, customer feedback, and lead conversions, ensuring alignment with Heamar's goals.

**Event Management & Networking**:
Support the organisation of trade shows, events, and webinars for Heamar to showcase products to solar and Mil/Aero customers.

Assist Wireco in coordinating events that increase exposure within their respective markets.

**AI and Creative Tools**:
**Requirements**:
**Experience & Skills**:
Previous experience in marketing, particularly within B2B.

Proficiency in the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with AI tools for creative content creation.

**Key Attributes**:
Creative with a keen eye for detail and high-quality execution.

Strong communicator with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.

Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated.

Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
