**OVERVIEW**

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our dynamic, creative and growing team. We are an established live entertainment production company specialising in national and international touring and one-off events which delivering outstanding customer service while working alongside well-known brands.

**THE ROLE**

As Event Assistant you will be assisting and supporting the events team with the planning and execution of events from conception through to completion. You will become a core member of the team with opportunities to grow and develop.

This position is office based at our head office in Congleton, Cheshire, but some travel to venues may be required.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Logistics & Planning**
- Support the planning and organisation of our live entertainment events and tours
- Booking travel & accommodation for crew, artists and management
- Booking ancillary suppliers to support the production team with build and upkeep of touring venues / structures
- Providing administrative support and query management to clients and venues
- Updating and maintaining event documentation including schedules and sales books
- Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed, complying with local regulations and policies.
- Assist in the process of obtaining visas for international talent and crew, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and submitted in a timely manner.

**Budgeting & Financial Management**:

- Be able to work within allocated budgets for each production, ensuring cost-effective solutions for operational expenses.
- Track all expenses related to productions and provide detailed reports to finance and Directors.
- Negotiate favourable deals with suppliers to maximise profitability & efficiency, while maintaining production quality.

**Stakeholder Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for current and prospective suppliers
- Be able to communicate with and support our employees on sites so they are equipped with the information they need to operate productions
- Ensure clear communication of the tour’s logístical, technical, and financial requirements to all parties involved.

**Problem Solving & Crisis Management**:

- Troubleshoot issues related to venue logistics, technical specifications, or scheduling conflicts during events.
- Respond to unexpected situations promptly and professionally, ensuring mínimal disruption to productions.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Qualification and/or Previous experience in live entertainment events.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in face-to-face interactions.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and understanding of Teams framework

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
