Accounts Assistant

**Overview**:
This role is to assist our Accounts Manager. We are currently looking to recruit a part time accounts assistant to join our busy team. Hours available are up to 20 hours a week, some flexibility on days.
**Key responsibilities of this role include**:
- Whilst the exact responsibilities will vary the main duties of the Accounts Assistant can be summarised as follows:_
- Bank reconciliation.
- Credit control.
- Processing supplier/customer invoices.
- Processing payments.
- Dealing with client/supplier and staff queries.
- General office ad-hoc project /administration.
- Experience in the hospitality sector would be advantageous.
**Skills**:
- Microsoft including excel
- Working knowledge of Xero accounting software essential
- Experience in the events industry an advantage but not essential.
- Good communication skills
**Salary**: DOE
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
