Proposal Specialist

A top US law firm is seeking a Proposal Specialist to join its London office and support the creation of proposals, pitches, and RFP responses. Working closely with a Senior Proposal Manager and a global business development team, the specialist will help shape client-focused content, manage the proposal process, integrate research and visuals, and deliver high-quality materials that reflect the firm's strengths across multiple markets.

The role involves drafting and editing materials, coordinating with internal departments, ensuring accurate information is provided for client requests, managing submission logistics, and maintaining proposal resources within the firm's systems. Collaboration with colleagues in Europe, APAC, and the U.S. will be an important part of the position.

The firm seeks a candidate with at least four years of experience in bids gained at another law firm. You will have strong writing skills, attention to detail, excellent PowerPoint ability, organisational skills, discretion, and the capacity to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment are essential.
