**The Opportunity**

We are seeking an to expand our team with an additional **Proposals and Feasibility Specialist.**The role will focus on helping shape proposals and work with teams across the business to ensure these are deliver in a timely manner. This is a fantastic role which sits within te commercial team and is a key stakeholder in helping prepare and close out projects.

Main Responsibilities & duties:
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
Preparation of budgets and any pre-contract revisions. Coordination and provision of responses of client requests, to include feasibility questionnaires, Requests for Information (RFI), vendor qualification assessments, and Request for Proposal (RFP). Maintenance of information associated to company services and capabilities in appropriate documents and templates.

**Preparation of Proposal Budgets and Ballpark Estimates**
- Preparation and coordination of budgets and associated pre-contract revisions,
- Communication with third-party providers in support of client requests for Feasibility, RFI and RFP.
- Communication with Finance and Commercial Management teams to obtain sign off for budgets
- If appropriate, participate in internal and external meetings associated to questions associated to Proposals and/or Budgets.

**Feasibility and Requests for Information (RFI)**
- In conjunction with BD Sales Leads and SMEs, determine if studies are operationally feasible
- Timely completion and coordination of responses to feasibility questions/questionnaires.

**Request for Proposals (RFP)**
- As part of the BD Operations team, develop and maintain Proposal templates.
- Provide project specific input to Proposal documents as part of Requests for Proposals (RFP) from CROs/clients.
- Coordinate input from internal SMEs to Proposals.

Skills & Experiences:

- Team worker with strong customer service, interpersonal, problem solving and negotiation skills;
- Ability to multi-task with skill in establishing priorities and managing workloads, especially in situations where deadlines are short;
- Ability to deal with complex, conflicting priorities and develop coherent, effective solutions;
- Ability to anticipate potential issues and problems that may arise and proactively identify ways to resolve/mitigate;
- Excellent attention to detail, planning and organisational skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Life Science, Business or equivalent;
- Previous experience in consulting environment, preferably within life science or service industries;
