Feasibility and Proposals Executive
The Feasibility and Proposals Associate will be responsible for administrative tasks within the Global Feasibility team, this role is a key support function to enable the team to deliver timely strategy, proposal and cost estimates, which move through to contract.
The post holder will be responsible for logging new opportunities and will maintain overall responsibility for maintenance of the New Opportunities tracker and files within the Feasibility Shared Mailbox. Accountable for collation of site level documents and methodical filing as required throughout the feasibility and site selection process. A key part of the role will be to liaise closely with sites to gather these documents and to ensure the Global Feasibility Team are aware of any delays or issues.
The post holder will work with Country Operations Managers to assist in gathering data and general feasibility information to support new opportunities and the general feasibility process. The post holder will have key areas or responsibility including filing, data gathering and presentation to enable rapid response to data requests both internally within Oncacare and externally to our clients.
Main responsibilities
- Supporting the Global Feasibility Team with document collection at site level e.g. signed CDAs or site selection documents as required.
- Liaise with country teams to gather experience data to develop our existing experience database.
- Log all new opportunities and maintain overall responsibility for maintenance of the New Opportunities tracker and files within the Feasibility Shared Mailbox.
- Collect information from key stakeholders and perform research to support proposal development.
- Prepare draft reports as required by the Global Feasibility Team of the funnel, detailing all assumptions and strategic considerations that have been obtained from our past experience and research.
- Formatting of reports, slides etc. as required by the Global Feasibility Team, ensuring high standard of presentation.
- Maintenance of Feasibility template documents and central filing area in SharePoint to enable efficient transition of feasibility to the contracts and program management teams upon acceptance of budget (or study award).
- Assist in the initial set up activities, as needed (eg provision of vendor questionnaires, site lists, PI CVs, etc).
- Follow Oncacare Policies and Standard Operating Procedures and develop appropriate SOPs for the Feasibility function.
Expected Areas of Competence
- Educated to degree level or equivalent (ideally science degree).
- Scientific or analytical background (preferable).
- Good administrative skills and ability to work in a methodical way.
- Ability to plan and manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work in a matrix and virtual team environment.
- Willing to work with and develop relationships with overseas operations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good IT skills including proficiency in excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Previous admin experience (if possible).
