Content & Proposals Specialist

Join our collaborative and inclusive Marketing team as a Content & Proposals Specialist where youll help shape the narrative around private markets and support strategic proposal activity. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling a sharp eye for detail and a strong grasp of financial markets. Youll work closely with stakeholders across the business to produce high-quality content and proposals that resonate with institutional and wholesale audiences.What youll be doing:Creating engaging content across formats including blogs articles presentations podcasts and video scriptsTranslating complex private markets topics into clear compelling narrativesCoordinating and drafting responses to RFPs and DDQs ensuring timely deliveryMaintaining and updating the proposals content libraryEditing and proofreading content to uphold brand tone and styleMonitoring content performance and feeding insights into continuous improvementKeeping up to date with macroeconomic and industry developmentsContributing to a kind collaborative and inclusive team cultureQualifications : Who were looking for:A relevant BA/BSc degree and 24 years experience in asset management or financial servicesStrong writing editing and proofreading skills across multiple content formatsHands-on experience with RFP/DDQ processes and proposal coordinationFoundational understanding of private markets and investment processesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong organisational and project management abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with ExcelExperience with tools like Qvidian Bloomberg Salesforce or similar platforms is a plusWhatever your role we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
