Job Description

Join our collaborative and inclusive Marketing team as a Content & Proposals Specialist, where you'll help shape the narrative around private markets and support strategic proposal activity. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for storytelling, a sharp eye for detail, and a strong grasp of financial markets. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to produce high-quality content and proposals that resonate with institutional and wholesale audiences.

What you'll be doing:

• Creating engaging content across formats including blogs, articles, presentations, podcasts and video scripts
• Translating complex private markets topics into clear, compelling narratives
• Coordinating and drafting responses to RFPs and DDQs, ensuring timely delivery
• Maintaining and updating the proposals content library
• Editing and proofreading content to uphold brand tone and style
• Monitoring content performance and feeding insights into continuous improvement
• Keeping up to date with macroeconomic and industry developments
• Contributing to a kind, collaborative and inclusive team culture

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

• A relevant BA/BSc degree and 2–4 years' experience in asset management or financial services
• Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills across multiple content formats
• Hands-on experience with RFP/DDQ processes and proposal coordination
• Foundational understanding of private markets and investment processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational and project management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with Excel
• Experience with tools like Qvidian, Bloomberg, Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus
