Toner M&E Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic, career driven Office Administrator to join our Gerrard Cross office Team.
Career opportunties available for anyone with the interest to progress.
Responsibilities:
-General Admin duties
-Assisting Operations Manager with paperwork/certificates/O&M information
Assisting in audits and preparation of various site policy documents
Answering phone, emails and various ad hoc admin duties
Creating and maintaining spreadsheets for tracking purposes
Requirements
GCSE equivalent grade C or above in Maths and English (preferred)
Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (Essential)
Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
Good with people, must have a positive attitude and willing to learn for opportunity to progress within the company
