My client are currently seeking and all round Office Administrator to assist the team with general day to day tasks. This will be a busy and varied role that will require a real superstar who can juggle multiple responsibilities at one time.

If you are someone who likes to be in a role where organisation is key to your success, then this could be the position for you

Role responsibilities:

- Diary management including organising, confirming appointments, general meetings/setting up trips - setting up Zoom etc (the diary is the biggest part of the job)
- Setting up new clients on the office system
- Request for documents from new clients
- Updating records
- Postal duties
- Answering the phone
- Updating systems with client reviews
- Scanning and setting up files for any new clients
- Management of the Petty Cash
- Organising contractors to maintain the office, e.g. plumbers/electrician/photocopier service
- Strong time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure
- Accurate data entry skills
- Strong spelling, grammar and punctuation
