We are looking to recruit an experienced individual to join our established team. Reporting to our Sustainability Lead our Customer Liaison Officer provide support to ensure the provision of an effective and efficient sustainability service.

What do our Customer Liaison Officer do;

  • Carry out choice events/individual consultation with tenants regarding future work, and coordinate tenant's choices as appropriate to scheme, as required
  • Generate and distribute relevant pre-works correspondence to residents before the works begin
  • Record and monitor no access, reporting three times no access to client and refusals ensuring relevant forms are completed.
  • Organise and facilitate and attend Open Day / scheme launch event.
  • Providing on-going support, consultation and provision of information to tenants whilst work is carried out on their Homes.
  • Ensuring all communication and liaison activities are carried out to the satisfaction of all

What we are looking for;

  • GCSE or equivalent standard in Math's and English
  • Experience of working alone with minimum supervision, managing own daily schedule / workload and using own initiative to make decisions
  • Experience of working with resident groups and managing complaints and requests for service
  • Experience of establishing and developing professional working relationships with internal and external customers, contractors, external partners and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of Sustainability and skilled in recommending and implementing suitable initiatives to suit the needs of our customers
