**POSITIONS AVAILABLE: MANCHESTER**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- **Must have previous experience working as a Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) or Resident Liaison Office (RLO)**
- Liaise between the client, the tenant, and Starfish Construction staff in order to provide a first-class service.
- Support customers, particularly any vulnerable customers, to make sure that needs or concerns are resolved to the customers satisfaction.
- Manage client relationships to engage on access procedures, installation programmes and community engagement
- Support the wider Starfish Construction team in managing customers and improving customer experience
- Engagement with field and work planning teams to support delivery of contractual requirements
- Attendance at site/client meetings when required
- Facilitate updating of all systems to reflect visits, information updating and client communication
- A caring and empathetic individual who understands and supports the needs of a diverse cross section of customers
- Experience of delivering exceptional customer service and will continuously work to provide a customer first culture
- Promotes safety in leadership General Responsibilities
- Duties may involve having access to information of a confidential nature that may be covered by the Data Protection Act, be commercially sensitive or relate to client information. In such circumstances confidentiality must be always maintained in accordance with the company’s policies.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Previous experience working as a TLO or RLO

NVQ Level 2 or above in a customer care related discipline

Experience and Knowledge of Customer Service.

Experience of the use of Microsoft office software in particular Outlook, Word, Excel.

Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
