**Tenant Liaison Officer - 12 Month Contract **is required to work for a fast paced, dynamic, and expanding Building & Civil Engineering Company based in Manchester.

They are a Chartered Building Company who have been trading since 1990 and provide quality building and civil engineering service, which serves the insurance industry, developers, architects, property managers, local authorities, and individuals. They offer a nationwide service from base operations in Manchester and North Wales.

**Tenant Liaison Officer Role**
- liaising with tenants, construction professionals and various site offices.
- Answer phones, record messages on appropriate forms and processes information.
- Handling quires, complaints

**Tenant Liaison Officer requirements**

This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience on a high rise, city centre project with career progression into Civil Engineering and Insurance Building Claims
- The role requires an individual who is active
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organised.
- Construction knowledge is desirable but not essential.
- Computer literate (Microsoft, word, excel, etc)

**Tenant Liaison Officer Remuneration**
- Salary £20,000 to £30,000 (depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday
- 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
- Holiday
- Equipment Supplied (Laptop, Phone etc.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
