About Dragonfly AI
At Dragonfly AI, we empower global brands to optimise creative performance through predictive visual intelligence. Our proprietary AI models human attention, memory and emotion — helping marketers, designers, and content teams maximise the impact of every visual. We work with some of the world's biggest brands across CPG, retail, media and agencies to futureproof creative investment at scale.
Role Summary
You'll execute our content and communications plan day-to-day: create, review and publish high-quality content, run proactive PR/media outreach using tools such as Cision, coordinate social, and keep our content engine humming. You'll translate strategic direction (topics, narratives, brand guidelines) into effective content & PR that drives qualified demand, AI-search visibility and brand authority.
This is a hands-on role for a content and comms specialist with a passion for narrative, editorial quality and relationship building. Collaborating with product experts to turn new features and unique research into creative content and newsworthy stories.
Key Responsibilities
1) Content Creation & Brand Voice
- Support the development of high-quality content assets across long-form thought leadership, industry reports, keynote narratives, videos, case studies, newsletters, landing pages, sales materials and award entries.
- Oversee the Game of Attention podcast and narrative arcs that support both awareness and account influence.
- Evolve Dragonfly's brand voice into a recognisable, credible, and human expression of our strategic POV.
- Maintain the content calendar/status board.
2) PR Outreach & Media Relations
- Create and distribute press releases, media kits, executive bios, bylines, and media briefings
- Build and maintain a tiered media list (trade, tech, marketing, retail/CPG, data/AI) and key journalists.
- Own the PR calendar: angles, briefs, assets, spokesperson availability.
- Draft and pitch storylines (newsjacking, data angles, product/research updates, expert commentary).
- Coordinate interviews, quotes and bylines with named experts at Dragonfly AI.
3) Social & Organic Growth
- Work with the Head of Organic Growth to ensure content fuels scalable growth — from awareness-driving content to intent-led pages that convert.
- Drive growth through social content leadership — ensuring Dragonfly's voice is visible and consistent across owned and earned media.
- Manage the internal brand advocacy programme — enabling team members to confidently amplify our brand on LinkedIn and beyond.
4) On-Camera & External Representation
- Be a visible face of the brand — representing Dragonfly on camera in short-form content, webinars, and event recaps.
- Confidently brief and collaborate with spokespeople, executives and partners to maximise content opportunities.
- Support communications for events, sponsorships, awards and speaking opportunities.
5) AI-Driven Content Innovation
- Champion the use of AI across the content lifecycle — from ideation and research to production, distribution, and optimisation.
- Use generative AI tools to scale content output without sacrificing quality, while ensuring strong brand voice and editorial oversight.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate Dragonfly's own AI insights into compelling customer-facing content.
6) Measurement & Ops
- Report monthly on content/PR performance (traffic, engagement, leads, coverage, brand awareness).
- Maintain tidy content ops: briefs, status, approvals, asset folders, brand guidelines.
Requirements: Must-Have
- At lease 3+ years in B2B content/communications/PR (SaaS, martech, AdTech, or CPG/retail brand).
- Proven track record of effective content and PR coverage (please share clips/contacts).
- Outstanding copywriting and storytelling skills, with proven ability to adapt tone across formats.
- Comfortable and confident on camera — for short videos, social posts, event snippets, or live sessions.
- Experience using PR software to streamline your PR workflow, from pitching to monitoring to reporting.
- Experience briefing an internal or external content team (e.g., freelance designers, agencies, junior writers).
- Strong stakeholder skills: interviewing, capturing quotes, fact-checking, legal/compliance aware.
Nice-to-Have
- Basic editing or creative skills (e.g., video scripting, visual storytelling, Canva or Figma).
- Working knowledge of SEO & EEAT signals
- Hands-on knowledge of HubSpot for content workflows, publishing, lead capture and campaign reporting.
- Familiarity with content for ABM and sales enablement workflows.
- Interest in AI, attention science, or marketing technology trends.
What to Include with Your Application
- Content examples (blog/podcast/thought leadership/case study/industry report) + PR coverage you've earned.
- A short note on a content marketing idea or PR angle you'd pitch for Dragonfly next month.
