**Our Role**:
Supporting the Communication and Engagement team, in this role you will coordinate communications across a variety of platforms (Workplace, social media, video, presentations) Planning and supporting our campaigns ranging from promoting wellbeing and recognition and collecting and sharing positive stories from across the business.

As part of supporting the C&E team you’ll have ownership over communicating and engaging effectively with our Stores, Head Office and Contact Centre, with a real understanding and interest in the world of Retail.

**What you'll be doing**:

- **Oversee the C&E calendar of content (post wider team strategic sign off on agreed content)**
- Leading on the the C&E content calendar - working at least 2 months in advance of activity, plotting in all initiatives post sign-off
- Using initiative to create proposals for content plans, communication plans and activity plans
- Keeping C&E team on track to agreed timelines
- Having a Workplace first approach to communications
- **Being in charge of day-to-day management of our comms platform**
- Passion for creating regular comms (Drafting internal communication, announcements, articles, posters, presentations for senior stakeholders ensure timely approval processes)
- Identifying opportunities for storytelling, company updates, celebrations and successes
- Community building
- **Coordinating events and company conferences**
- General event support on the day
- Capturing content for internal/external channels
- Ordering & putting together prizes/goodie bags - for example packing goodie bags and creating certificates
- **Supporting with social channels**
- Copy creation
- Asset & Video creation
- Posting content across channels
- Supporting on personalised content for both channels - Instagram & LinkedIn
