One of the UK's most exciting tech companies is looking for an Internal Communications & Engagement Manager to join its rapidly growing comms team.

You might have recently seen or heard adverts for this brand-new marketplace platform that's disrupting the automotive industry. Founded almost five years ago, they've quickly made a name themselves, gaining significant series C funding from tech investorheavyweights, growing to a team of 250 across 4 locations and the company is now valued over $1billion. This is an incredible time for an Internal Communications & Engagement Manager the business as it enters a new phase of growth.

The Internal Communications & Engagement Manager will play a critical role in upholding the company's employer brand by delivering thoughtful employee communications and ensuring teams are inspired and informed.

**Key responsibilities for the Internal Communications & Engagement Manager **
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to develop creative employee comms strategies
- Manage the development and distribution of all internal announcements
- Find news and stories from respective teams and offices to share with the wider company
- Create & curate content for internal & external channels that support employer brand
- Oversee company calendar for notable events, campaigns and news, ensuring relevant content is being shared to support key calendar dates
- Oversee all internal events and workshops

**The ideal Internal Communications & Engagement Manager**
- Must have internal comms experience working within a fast-paced start-up/ scale-up business
- Demonstrable experience delivering impactful employee engagement campaigns
- Working knowledge of social media and how to use it as a tool for internal & external comms purposes
- Extremely comfortable working collaboratively across different teams and able to build relationships easily
- Must have strong project management experience, attention to detail and be highly organised
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects at one time and remaining calm whilst doing so
- Excellent writing skills, experience developing engaging written content
