**About the Agency
Exciting opportunity for a talented Head of Content to join a dynamic and multi award winning B2B & internal communications agency. This agile and independent communications agency works specialises in internal communications, B2B marketing, thought leadershipand employer branding. They are an integrated agency with an in-house creative team, and they deliver integrated work and campaigns for clients across channels including digital, social, video and print. They work with an impressive array of leading organisationssimilar to Samsung, Unilever, Accenture and Post Office, and work across multiple regions and markets. The new Head of Content will be joining an agency with a very collaborative, inclusive and friendly culture, and will have the opportunity to make a tangiblepositive impact.

**About the Head of Content role
The Head of Content will manage a talented team of Content Managers/Writers, leading the team to deliver high award-winning multi-channel content for clients.

**Key Responsibilities for the Head of Content**:

- Lead, inspire and develop the Content Managers/Writers.
- Develop and oversee multi-channel content strategy for clients.
- Lead audience research to drive content and campaign strategy development.
- Support and advise clients to produce brave, compelling content.
- Present to clients as part of pitch teams.

**About You
You'll be a content specialist, with people management experience, looking for your next step where you can take ownership and nurture a team.

**Key Skills and Experience needed for the Head of Content role**:

- Experience developing and implementing multi-channel content strategies.
- People management and leadership experience.
- Agency experience a bonus.
- Good leadership, interpersonal and commercial skills.
- Strategic mindset but still happy to roll up sleeves.
- Track record of delivering multi-channel content strategy
