**Purpose of the Role**:
We are seeking an Intranet Content Lead to join our intranet project team.

Working closely with the project team (which comprises Heads of the Business Operations teams and the Comms team), your remit will be to initially manage a firmwide project to transfer our existing intranet to a SharePoint Online platform to enhance its capability and usability - and then to oversee the embedding of the new intranet into the culture of Moore Kingston Smith.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
For the initial part of the project (approximately 6 months), you will be required to:

- Work closely with key stakeholders (via focus groups) to identify and understand their needs
- Produce and agree timelines for the creation of hub sites and proactively manage hub site owners to ensure they keep to the agreed timetable
- Identify, train and support hub site content owners
- Work with hub site content owners to identify what new content and structure needs to be developed
- Contribute to various associated strategies, such as internal comms and knowledge sharing strategies
- Work with Comms team to create editorial standards and structure/templates for content pages and general internal comms
- Create and deliver guidance and training for content owners (on SharePoint Online design and content standards)
- Prepare the business for a firmwide launch

**Post firmwide launch, you will be responsible for**:

- Ensuring consistency across the board
- Managing the primary landing pages to maintain a proper balance of content and tools
- Day to day management of the content, leading a community of content owners, supporting their needs, encouraging coordination and collaboration and maintaining overall quality control on content and design
- Ongoing evolution of the intranet as it becomes the primary source of information and resources
- Helping to build a robust knowledge bank
- Writing tips, training guides and other comms for content owners and end users in line with firmwide messaging tone and values
- Proactively engaging with leadership and content owners, encouraging them to use intranet to communicate regularly with their audiences, suggesting content and overseeing tone/style
- Monitoring and evaluating usage and providing insightful data to help content owners improve content and therefore drive engagement
- Championing the use of the intranet, promoting the benefits and driving firm wide adoption and provide training on internal comms where relevant
- Working with the comms team to develop a template and process to produce a regular internal comms newsletter, drawing on and signposting the SharePoint content

**Skills and Experience**:

- Advanced knowledge of SharePoint Online and MS Teams
- Experience of a migration process, ideally as project lead and within Professional Services
- Experience of content management
- Experience of Yammer and its integrations to SharePoint Online
- Experience of digital communications, with good written and editing skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise conflicting stakeholders and project requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of difficult stakeholders
