This Intranet Operations Executive will join a leading law firm to joining the digital marketing team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will focus on managing the firmwide intranet-an essential platform for internal communication and engagement. You'll act as a subject matter expert, collaborating with stakeholders across departments and contributing to the evolution of internal communications technology. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update content across the firmwide intranet. Support content editors in reviewing and refreshing material. Manage the central support inbox for intranet-related queries. Assist leadership and internal comms teams in delivering firmwide messages. Collaborate with IT on platform development, testing, and integrations. Oversee user access and security controls, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Recommend and implement user experience improvements. Train and advise a network of content editors on best practices. Liaise with platform vendors and stay informed on product developments. Generate engagement reports and provide actionable insights. Document system configurations and contribute to platform development initiatives. Support governance around content management and accessibility. Participate in audits, risk assessments, and continuity planning. Candidate Profile: Ideal candidates will have experience in a similar role, particularly within digital marketing or internal communications, and be comfortable working with CMS platforms. Required Skills & Experience: Proficiency in intranet or website content management systems (CMS); experience with OpenText Web CMS or Microsoft SharePoint is a plus. Familiarity with user access protocols and handling sensitive information. Strong communication and presentation skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Professional integrity and a commitment to high standards. Experience working in diverse teams and promoting inclusive culture. Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
