Job Description
**Role Profile - **Digital Communications Executive, Global Support

**Key Responsibilities**

As a key member of the Communications and Branding Team at Informa, the Intranet Engagement Specialist has two main role functions.

**Developing Communities and Engagement**

Alongside having excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to present information in clear, concise, and compelling ways you will also have excellent organisational and planning skills and be confident building relationships and providing a fresh approach to existing communication and engagement methods.
- Responsible for the social interaction engagement on the intranet and cultivate contributions from across the business.
- Manage the hero network (internal champions), key business-related social channels and support the Division communication teams.
- Produce reports and insights on the intranet performance. Understand and interpret engagement, report usage statistics and recommend areas to focus on.
- Works closely with the intranet admin team and supports the intranet manager in executing the vision, goals, and objectives.

**Overseeing Content Management**

You will be the point of contact for intranet site governance queries and oversee new site builds, guide content owners in creating effective page layouts and ensure key messaging is achieved. In delivering these sites you will help shape the governance of the intranet to suit the needs of content owners while aligning with the intranet's goals and objectives.
- Manage key sites across the intranet, such as the intranet support section and implements site page governance across the platform.
- Own reference and training materials, such as ‘how to’ guides, tips and tricks and create regular insights/blogs, video guides etc
- Support the Group Functions and Division content owners in managing their content and ensuring they keep it up to date and accurate.
- Manage term set taxonomies, site navigation and optimises search.

Qualifications
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Previous experience working directly on an intranet or collaboration platform
- Proven experience with community engagement within an intranet or social platform
- Strong knowledge of CMS platforms and web content management technologies
- Project management experience
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills to facilitate activities with senior management and colleagues alike
- High level of comfort with social software and other web-based technologies
