Marketing Executive

**About The Role**:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team. This role will support the transformation in how we market the Scheme, with a particular focus on supporting our network of car dealers and manufacturers to market the Scheme.

As Marketing Executive, you will be working with our Senior Marketing Manager in developing, implementing and executing new marketing strategies to drive awareness and understanding of the products and services we offer through the Motability Scheme.

Responsibilities
- You will work with internal teams to ensure our network of c.5,000 car dealers, are fully up to date with all integrated marketing campaigns, encouraging amplification and participation as appropriate.
- You will work to understand the marketing assets that work in dealerships, and understand the nuances of our relationship with dealers, and what their priorities are.
- You will ensure dealers have the correct assets to deliver their marketing activity, and will develop campaign assets for dealers, from briefing to delivery.
- You will work with our dealer and manufacturer teams, to maximise opportunities in theses areas, encouraging dealers and manufactures them to raise awareness of the Scheme and attract customers into their dealerships.
- You will be overseeing, maintaining and measuring campaign plans and communicating these plans to internal and external audiences.
- You will review and refine targets and metrics for dealer and manufacturers marketing campaign success and suggest any required adjustments to strategy or tactics.
- You will provide relevant and informative reporting on the success and effectiveness of campaigns, sharing insights and learnings with the marketing team and partner agencies.
- You will use insights and analytics to pilot new marketing initiatives with scheme partners, taking your ideas from inception to delivery with support from colleagues.
- You will need to work closely with suppliers (including creative and digital agencies,) and internal stakeholders to deliver a range of activities on brand, on budget and on time.

- You have experience working in partnership marketing or have an understanding of the area.
- You will be an exceptional relationship builder, both internally and externally and enjoy working collaboratively with people of all levels.
- You will be an enthusiastic self-starter who enjoys working in a small but friendly team, happy to roll up your sleeves, offer opinions and ideas and get involved.
- You are passionate about delivering successful campaigns and going the extra mile to do this
- You are a creative thinker with the ability to think outside of the box to identify solutions.
- You are comfortable with change, confident to own projects and able get the job done
- You are a highly organised individual, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and objectives
- You have an awareness of the needs to our customers

Minimum Criteria:

- Solid experience of working in a marketing role, preferably in partnership marketing, or with an understanding of the specialism
- Experience working with external suppliers and agencies
- Experience developing campaign assets
- Experience in refining, enhancing and updating marketing campaigns based on results, data and market insights
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends in data and experience of reporting for marketing campaigns
- Excellent writing and copy-editing skills
- A keen eye for detail
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with many different external and internal stakeholders
