We are a dynamic and growing Digital Marketing company looking to add a new Junior Marketing Executive to our team. This is an incredible opportunity for a fast learner to get hands-on experience and rapidly progress their career by taking ownership of key client campaigns. You will be mentored directly by our Head of Marketing through the entire campaign lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

  • Campaign Buildout & Execution: You will be working on live client campaigns, designing and building landing pages, creating ad creatives (static, video, etc) and developing ad copy in Meta paid social and Google PPC.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Actively monitor, manage, and optimise live client campaigns, ensuring performance consistently hits and exceeds target KPIs.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all campaign assets and builds are flawless before launch with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Reporting & Communication: Provide clear, accurate, and timely updates on campaign performance and progress to our Head of Marketing.
  • Creative Input: Actively contribute new ideas for ad creatives, copy and campaign strategies, embracing innovation and creativity.
  • Skills Development: Demonstrate a strong desire to learn various digital marketing disciplines (Meta paid social, Google PPC, SEO, organic marketing, data analytics).

What we're looking for

  • Fast Learner & Adaptable: The best junior marketing executives have an outstanding capability to learn quickly and a desire to innovate independently without always needing to be told what to do.
  • High Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for detail is a predictor for success in this role, as it is essential for managing complex campaign components and maintaining high quality for our clients.
  • Exceptional Communication (Verbal & Written): Crystal-clear articulation, simple explanation of complex concepts, and impeccable spelling/punctuation will help both with quality campaign buildouts and seamless communication with the rest of the team.
  • Technical Proficiency: Competence with basic technology and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar workplace productivity tools. Meta and Google Ads Manager experience would be highly beneficial but not strictly required.

What we offer

  • Salary: £26,000 – £31,000
  • Work Style: Fully-remote with flexible working hours.
  • Please note: This role will be transitioning to hybrid working from July 2026, with 4 days per week in-person at our London office (close proximity to London Liverpool Street).
