**A Bit About What You Will Be Doing**
- Executing all marketing activity for a set of D&D London's restaurants, with support from your Marketing Manager
- Developing marketing strategy and campaigns in collaboration with Marketing Manager, on-site Restaurant teams and the wider Marketing Team
- Working closely with Restaurant teams to create content and campaign ideas, both for the individual Restaurants and group-wide campaigns
- Leading content creation for all sites, across Instagram and Facebook - this will include filming reels on iPhone with Chefs and Restaurant team
- Assisting with photoshoot management and creative direction
- Executing brand sponsorships - working with Marketing Manager to create sponsorship proposals and executing all relevant activity
- Proactively identifying and implementing restaurant website and other online updates (calendar, offers, events, press, blog)
- Campaign reporting and analysis
- Execution of individual marketing initiatives including collateral production, liaison with suppliers, liaison with PR
- Coordinating feedback for internal reporting both by restaurants and for D&D management team
- Managing image bank for use by PR, digital and restaurant managers
- To regularly review and ensure all external communication, websites, 3rd party online & collateral is up to date and relevant and delivered in a timely manner (Guides, London & Partners, Walpole, Time Out, TripAdvisor etc)
- Ensure all group marketing & sales material is up to date, and reflective of the business in terms of quality and accuracy; for both online and hard copies.
- Monitoring competitors, completing competitor analysis as required & researching new competitors as identified.

**Key Requirements**
- Ideally 1 years+ proactive marketing in F&B or retail environment
- We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and extroverted individual who can management relationships with all stakeholders
- Computer literate (CRM & CMS experience useful)
- Fantastic attention to and eye for detail
- Able to deal with pressure and working in a fast-paced environment
- Great organisation/project management skills as well as a high degree of personal motivation
- Experience using Canva is desirable.
- Strong communication skills.
