About the role:

As a Property and Casualty Underwriter, you'll analyse and underwrite existing business while building strong customer relationships. This is a customer-facing role, so great communication skills and a passion for customer service are essential. We'll make sure you have all the support and training you need, from day one.

What you'll do:

  • Analyse and underwrite existing business.
  • Deliver excellent service to customers and stakeholders, providing timely and high-quality solutions.
  • Take responsibility for your workload while supporting your colleagues—teamwork is at our core.
  • Drive strong underwriting results across our portfolio.
  • Spot opportunities for process improvements and help us work even smarter.

What we're looking for:

  • Solid experience in Property and Casualty Underwriting.
  • Clear communication skills and confidence in decision-making.
  • Attention to detail, with the courage to challenge and improve our ways of working.
  • Adaptability, great organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise.

  • A strong work ethic and professionalism.
