What we’re looking for Well-established Property and Casualty Underwriting experience. Strong communication skills and confidence in decision-making. Attention to detail and willingness to challenge processes and decisions. Adaptability to different workloads and pressures, with excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. Customer-centric mindset, always keeping the customer foremost in mind. Professional and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
