Please talk to us at interview about the flexibility you may need.   About the role: As a Property and Casualty Underwriter, you’ll analyse and underwrite existing business while building strong customer relationships. This is a customer-facing role, so great communication skills and a passion for customer service are essential. We’ll make sure you have all the support and training you need, from day one. What you’ll do: Analyse and underwrite existing business. Deliver excellent service to customers and stakeholders, providing timely and high-quality solutions. Take responsibility for your workload while supporting your colleagues—teamwork is at our core. Drive strong underwriting results across our portfolio. Spot opportunities for process improvements and help us work even smarter. What we’re looking for: Solid experience in Property and Casualty Underwriting. Clear communication skills and confidence in decision-making. Attention to detail, with the courage to challenge and improve our ways of working. Adaptability, great organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise. A customer-focused approach. A strong work ethic and professionalism.
