Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
The job would entail booking jobs from details provided by customers on email, ensuring all details are correct and booked as given.
Replying to email queries relating to bookings from customers.
Answering queries by phone.
Liaising with other departments in terms of customer queries.
Providing details on bookings to customers and ensuring all relevant documentation is correct.
Working hours 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with customers over the phone, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records of customer jobs.
- Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while handling calls, ensuring a positive impression of the company.
- Work as part of a team.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office environment preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clear articulation.
- Excellent attention to details.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
