**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry and filing
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Maintain organised records and documentation for easy retrieval
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone manner
- Some accounting support around debtor and creditor reports as required
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and welcoming for both staff and visitors

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer software including Word, Excel
- Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
