Who We Need:

As the
Marketing Content Manager

at Kolleno, you'll play a key role in shaping Kolleno's content roadmap, messaging, and manage freelancers to connects with audiences across the U.K. and U.S. markets.

Your mission is to craft, design and execute a content strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and thought leadership, turning complex AI financial topics into compelling stories that resonate with CFOs, finance leaders, and enterprise teams. 

You'll work closely with marketing, sales, product, and leadership to create high-impact content that positions
Kolleno as the leading AI-powered financial operations platform

.

This role blends creativity, strategic thinking, and professional writing skills, helping ambitious finance teams modernize collections, reconciliation, and cash management through clear, insightful, and engaging content.

What You'll Do:

Your Day-to-Day

  • Plan & manage compelling content

that educates and engages finance leaders, highlighting how AI can transform collections, reconciliation, and cash management.
- Leverage AI tools

for content ideation, optimization, and personalization — ensuring speed, precision, and scalability across a lean team.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership

to turn insights into impactful narratives, thought leadership pieces, and customer success stories.
- Shape and champion Kolleno's voice and storytelling

, positioning the company as the intelligent operating system for CFOs and a category leader in AI-powered financial operations.
- Manage content calendars and editorial workflows

, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment across all touchpoints.
- Analyze content performance

, extract insights, and refine strategies to continually improve engagement, SEO performance, and brand authority.
- Partner with design and marketing teams

to produce multimedia assets — including visuals, videos, and product explainers — that bring our message to life.

Who You Are:

Experience Required

  • You have
    3–6 years of experience

(flexible) in
content marketing, editorial, or communications

within a top-tier
B2B SaaS or Fintech startup

, with a proven track record of creating and executing
high-impact content strategies

that drive engagement, brand awareness, and thought leadership.

  • Skilled in leveraging
    AI and automation

to test, iterate, and scale campaigns efficiently within a fast-moving, agile team.

  • Strategic marketer and storyteller

who deeply understands customer needs, communicates value clearly, and builds credibility with CFOs and finance leaders.
