**About Twenty One Twelve**:
We’re Twenty One Twelve, a five-person strong agency which has been running for six years.

We’re small but we’re thinking BIG. We want to grow and do so quickly. Whoever joins us now will play a pivotal role in shaping the company as it grows, from our culture to our service and future hires too.

The team here is highly-driven, and commercially focused and together we’ve built an exciting and eclectic client base. We’ve worked with major brands through to start-ups, from ultra-prime property developers to LVMH’s portfolio of brands.

We’re also proud to have a strong clientele within the financial services sector, from mortgage and wealth management firms through to FinTechs.

We believe that each individual in the team is as important as the next in driving the company forward. Expect to be given responsibility from the outset but within a supportive and empowering environment.

We don’t take ourselves too seriously and operate a blame-free culture, mistakes are never penalised. It’s not because we’re snowflakes, it’s because some of our best results come from pushing boundaries, going against the grain and doing the unconventional.

Being a small agency, our employees go above and beyond to deliver for our clients, mucking in wherever necessary and sometimes having to do things outside of their remit.

**Why work with us**

We operate on a remote basis but regularly meet up. This includes a fortnightly session working together in Henley, which usually includes lunch at our favourite restaurant.

Working in a growth focused small business means more responsibility and plenty of opportunities to advance your career. As we grow, so will you - just ask our intern turned manager who’s been with us for four years and counting.

All work and no play is boring and there are plenty of opportunities to attend exciting events, from industry-specific events such as Pimento, through to client launch parties and even tickets to attend the winter festival, GLOW, which Twenty One Twelve co-owns. Our clients also operate a number of exciting business and hospitality events, including The Hidden Garden at Henley Royal Regatta - which is another good excuse to let our hair down.
