Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Marketing Assistant based anywhere in Europe. The Marketing Assistant will be instrumental in ensuring our customers get the most out of Nest Content from day one. Your primary focus will be onboarding new clients, guiding them through the platform setup process, and providing hands-on support to help them launch their first campaigns successfully. You'll work closely with new users to understand their content goals, assist with WordPress, Shopify, and CMS integrations, and ensure they're confident using our AI-powered features. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others succeed and wants to be at the forefront of the AI content revolution.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a patient, helpful approach to client support
  • Experience with client onboarding, customer success, or technical support in a SaaS environment
  • Familiarity with SEO concepts, content marketing, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow)
  • Ability to quickly learn new software and explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, European-based environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with CRM software, helpdesk tools, or customer onboarding platforms is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for AI technology, content creation tools, and helping customers achieve their goals
