Content & Growth Marketing Manager
Location:
London (Hybrid) — primarily WFH but attending
weekly content days in London.
Reports to: Founder
Overview
We're looking for a creative, data-driven marketer who lives and breathes content, brand building, and modern digital marketing. You'll own our day-to-day marketing calendar, create and manage content across channels, and optimise everything with a clear commercial lens from acquisition and retention to LTV. You'll also support and guide junior team members to help them grow.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign & Content Planning
- Own the monthly marketing calendar in line with product drops, collections, and commercial objectives.
- Plan and execute campaign roadmaps across key moments (launches, sales, collabs, gifting, etc.).
- Work closely with the founders and wider team to ensure content and campaigns support revenue and growth goals.
2. Content Creation & Production
- Produce and create content across formats: video, photo, social, email, blog, BTS etc.
- Confidently film high-quality video and photo content using both phone and camera, with a strong understanding of framing, lighting, and angles.
- Smart with content repurposing – able to mine our existing content library, cut it down, repackage it, and push it out as trial Reels/TikToks and other formats to test ideas quickly without always needing new shoots.
- Support in filming, producing, and editing content for Reels, TikToks, ads, lookbooks, and BTS.
- Confident on camera
- Work alongside our social media manager to execute weekly content days, including shot lists and run-of-day plans.
- Oversee photographers, videographers, and freelancers: draft briefs, share editing notes, schedule and attend shoots.
- Ensure all content is visually strong, on-brand, and consistent with the brand and founder's personal brand.
- Create digital graphics for socials, ads, email, and the website where needed.
3. Social, Influencers & Channel Mix
- Manage and grow our organic social channels (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest – depending on strategy).
- Research, shortlist, and manage KOLs and influencers for gifting, collabs, and endorsements.
- Stay up-to-date with platform trends, formats, and sounds, and feed these into the content plan.
- Build simple frameworks and metrics for how organic socials contribute to LTV, repeat rate, and community.
- Own and optimise the channel mix (organic, email, paid, influencers) to improve acquisition, retention, and conversion.
4. Email & Paid Marketing
- Plan and execute weekly email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo (or similar ESP).
- Create paid ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels working alongside our Founder Associate.
- Partner with performance marketers (in-house or agency) to test angles, hooks, formats, and offers.
5. Team & Collaboration
- Work closely with content creators and junior team members to execute weekly content and campaign plans.
- Provide day-to-day guidance to junior team members, supporting their growth and workload management.
- Help build a culture of testing, creativity, and continuous improvement across the marketing team.
6. Analysis & Optimisation
- Track and report on the performance of all organic marketing activity (organic, email, influencers).
- Use tools such as Iconosquare, native platform analytics, and Google Analytics to monitor performance.
- Identify insights, opportunities, and areas for improvement across content, targeting, and channels.
- Lead a clear test-and-learn roadmap and use data to refine strategy, content, and channel priorities.
Skills & Experience
- Proven generalist marketer
– comfortable working across the full marketing mix (organic, email, paid, influencers, PR) rather than specialising in a single channel. - Proven experience in strategy-led content
and
growth marketing for fashion e-commerce brands. - Strong project management skills
– able to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders independently, keeping projects on track and delivering results. - Test-and-learn mindset
– takes a broad approach to testing acquisition channels and tactics, comfortable with experimentation and quick to pivot based on results. - Data-informed decision maker
– uses analytics to guide strategy and optimisation; comfortable with marketing analytics tools (Iconosquare, Meta/TikTok dashboards, Google Analytics, etc.). - Self-sufficient operator
– thrives working independently when needed, taking ownership from strategy through to execution. - High-agency self-starter
–
proactive
,
adaptable
, and energised by working in a high-growth,
fast-paced start-up environment. - Natural collaborator
– able to work cross-functionally and
influence across departments without direct authority. - Advanced skills in short-form video editing and graphic design
(CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). - Hands-on experience shooting and editing content using both smartphone and camera
(not just directing others). - Proficient in Photoshop, Lightroom, and social/website analytics tools.
- Experience with Klaviyo
or similar ESPs and an experiment-driven approach to email and lifecycle. - Comfortable building testing plans, reports, and simple dashboards that guide decision-making.
- Highly organised, strategic thinker with strong planning and prioritisation skills.
- Passionate about beautiful content, brand building, and measurable growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Growth Marketing and an ability to develop data-driven growth strategies.
- Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics tools for assessing and optimising performance metrics.
- Skills in Project Management to coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools to efficiently implement automated workflows and optimise lifecycle campaigns.
- Strong communication skills and an aptitude for collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in emerging industry trends and innovation strategies is an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred, but not essential if you have strong relevant experience.
