The Marketing Content Manager will take ownership of content and social strategy to strengthen brand presence, build community engagement and support wider business goals.
The Marketing Content Manager will…
- Produce blogs, case studies, thought leadership and campaign-ready content
- Lead social media strategy to increase engagement and community growth
- Tailor messaging to personas in collaboration with senior marketing leaders
- Support multi-channel campaigns with compelling copy and creative assets
- Maintain a consistent, engaging brand voice across all touchpoints
You Will Need
- Experience in content marketing, copywriting and social media management (min 3 years UK experience)
- Experience within recruitment or professional services (essential)
- Strong storytelling skills adaptable for varied audiences
- Knowledge of SEO and content performance analytics
- Passion for community engagement and emerging social trends
- Collaborative mindset for working across marketing, product and campaign teams
