Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for a E-Commerce Category Lead FTC 13 Months to be based in the UK.
The E-commerce Lead is responsible for defining and leading Red Bull's digital commerce strategy across all online channels — including Bricks N Clicks, Pure Play, Quick Commerce, and Wholesale.

The role will drive sales and category growth, through digital innovation, and strategic customer partnerships. As well as shaping the long-term digital vision, ensuring Red Bull leads the energy category online and delivers an exceptional consumer experience across every digital touchpoint.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Strategic Leadership
Set and execute the UK E-commerce strategy across all channels. Lead Red Bull's online acceleration agenda, driving digital transformation across Pure Play, Bricks N Clicks, Q-Comm and Wholesale. Working closely with the HQ team to future-proof Red Bull's online capabilities.

Media & Search Excellence
Lead retail media and search strategy across key platforms (Criteo, Citrus, Dunnhumby, Nectar360). Direct media investments to increase Red Bull's online visibility and share of category. Partner with the brand and agency network to optimise creative, targeting, and media efficiency. Lead and optimise the digital shelf agenda to continue to ensure maximum visibility on site.

Reporting & Budget Management
Oversee performance tracking and analytics for online sales, media performance, and digital share. Manage budgets across media, tools, and market research, ensuring optimal resource allocation.

Team Leadership & Capability Building
Lead and develop the E-commerce team, fostering high performance, collaboration, and innovation. Build capability across the broader sales and brand teams through training and digital upskilling. Cultivate a results-oriented culture built on ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Customer Partnership & Category guidance
Develop value-generative partnerships with key retail and wholesale partners, utilizing insights to help them drive their total online category forward – through activities like improved shopper experience, merchandising, or online strategy Drive industry understanding of e-commerce fundamentals via concepts like the E-Wholesale Collective, to drive continual category value growth for online at a market level

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • Proven experience in E-commerce and FMCG.
  • Understanding across all business channels; Bricks N Clicks, Pure Play Q-Comm and wholesale.
  • Experience leading media and search optimisation strategies across retail media networks.
  • Experienced in leading and developing cross-functional teams.
