You will play a central role in
bringing ideas to life

writing and creative development
, ensuring a deep appreciation of how ideas evolve from storyboard to screen.
This role requires someone with a

You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and maintaining exceptional standards of quality and creativity throughout.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage the
post-production process
across video, design, and animation projects from brief to final delivery. - Collaborate with creative, production, and client teams to define project scope, timeline, and deliverables.
- Manage the full

, including editing, grading, animation, sound design, and mastering. - Supervise edits,
design and motion graphics
output to ensure consistency and creative excellence. - Coordinate with editors, colourists, motion designers, and sound engineers to ensure seamless delivery.
- Provide clear direction and feedback to creative teams throughout the production lifecycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring communication is transparent and expectations are met.
- Maintain high standards of quality control across all deliverables.
BUDGET MANAGEMENT:
- Develop, manage, and track post-production budgets
from initial scoping to project completion. - Accurately estimate costs across all stages of production including editing, design, sound, and finishing.
- Negotiate rates with freelancers, studios, and vendors to ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
- Monitor and reconcile project budgets, providing regular updates and final reconciliations to senior producers or finance teams.
- Identify opportunities for workflow efficiencies and cost savings across recurring production processes.
- Ensure all financial documentation, purchase orders, and invoices are properly managed and tracked.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Minimum of 4-5yrs experience in a production environment in a similar role, working across a broad spectrum of clients and projects.
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Proven track record in developing creative ideas across a wide spectrum of genres, borne out of client briefs or discussions.
- Ideal candidate would have experience working on design projects, branded content & live events.
- Ability to work both as part of a team as well as independently, but always with passion and energy.
- Strong communication, organisation, administrative and time management skills, as well as an excellent attention to detail.
- A desire to take ownership and responsibility for Sassy+ project activity, delivery and the quality of work.
PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
