Main Responsibilities
The purpose of the Commercial Coordinator is to support the Commercial Team to maximise revenue and EBITDA for our studios.

Our ideal Commercial Coordinator is efficient and organised, with excellent customer service skills. We are looking for someone solution-oriented, who can find creative ways to meet our customers’ needs.

The support the Commercial Coordinator provides will take a variety of forms, and the role will be exposed to all aspects of the Commercial function including:

- Answering potential clients’ questions about our facilities and amenities.
- Arranging and hosting recces / meetings across all sites.
- Liaising with clients and understanding their needs.
- Creating and sending estimates and contracts to clients.
- Keeping across the Studio Booking System.
- Scheduling and allocating staff and freelancers to productions.
- Ensuring a close working relationship between the Operational and Commercial teams.
- Support the Commercial Team with their daily duties and general administrative duties.
- Support use of the company’s reporting and billing system (Mediapulse) so that the quality of / access to information, reporting, billing, etc are strong.
- Respond to front line sales enquires, ensuring all opportunities are acted on and concluded in a timely manner.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the Operations Teams, ensuring seamless customer experience as projects cross from one part of the team to another.
- Work with the Commercial Team in shaping new services whilst identifying opportunities to secure volume deals and contracts.

Ideally you will have the following skills and experience:

- Proven experience working in a support or sales support role and an ambition to work in a commercial team with a focus on sales.
- An interest in the TV sector: studio production and/or broadcast facilities.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, together with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of motivation.
- The ability to identify prospective customers, generate leads, and converse confidently.
- Strong relationship management skills, and an effective influencing style to win and retain business.
- A team player who builds strong relationships with a range of different internal teams including Operations, Finance, and Legal.
- A high level of numeracy, and comfort with financial management including reporting and billing.
- A creative and innovative approach to problem solving.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint.
