Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify customer needs through effective communication and active listening.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, highlighting their benefits.
  • Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management team.

Skills

  • Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable terms for both the company and customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
  • A drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to foster positive client relationships.
  • Basic IT proficiency for managing sales tools and reporting systems.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
