Field Sales Representative- Responsibilities include:

  • Product demonstrations to end customers to increase distributor sales.
  • Establish connections with distributor sales representatives to gain access to important end users for product presentations. 
  • Attend both solo and group visits with the distributor's sales representatives.
  • Hold branded events and stand-down days to make sure that end users are educated about the products' advantages and business cases.
  • Train internal sales employees and the depot staff of the distributor as necessary.
  • Plan meetings using PowerPoint presentations both on-site and at customers' locations.
  • Review and monitor the results of your work in terms of sales performance.
  • Support the company's strategic product line and Major Hire Provider customers in the UK.
  • Aid in the sales teams' training at our distributors.

Field Sales Representative- Desirables include:

  • 2 years minimum sales experience (field-based environment is ideal)
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to persuade and influence potential sales over the line.
  • Self-confidence and good relationship building skills.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, digital presence, and numerical skills.
  • Comfortable cold-calling and able to think on your feet.
  • Well organised, self-driven and motivated individual with the ability to plan their own workload.
  • Required to travel across the UK and on occasion international support.
  • Proactive forward thinker, with good attention to detail.
  • Comfortable proposing ideas and proposals to management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office packages.
  • Full (essential), clean (desirable) UK driving license.

Schedule- Monday-Friday 37.5 Hours
