Field Sales Representatives (4 Positions) – Contract Roles Across the UK (Starting January 2026)

Field Team UK is a field-first marketing and activation agency helping challenger FMCG, vape, and next-generation consumer brands break into the market with precision and impact. We specialise in retail sales, POS deployment, ambassador programmes, events, and real time reporting. Our teams have successfully launched disruptive products and secured thousands of new retail accounts across the UK.

We are now hiring four Field Representatives
to support a major upcoming
3-month campaign
, with the opportunity for ongoing work for strong performers.

Available Territories

We have
four positions available
:

  1. North East
  2. North West (including West Yorkshire)
  3. Midlands
  4. South Wales / Greater Bristol

Applicants
must reside within or near
one of these regions.

The Role

This is a
contract-based hybrid
role

As a Field Representative, you will:

  • Represent and promote our clients' brands in independent and regional retail.
  • Build strong retailer relationships and deliver in-store product training.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and manage product placement and POS deployment.
  • Conduct territory visits to gather insights, monitor competitors, and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Support brand activations, sampling, and events.
  • Submit accurate reporting, visit logs and photos through our CRM system.
  • Work an
    8-hour day
    with
    flexible hours between 8am–8pm
    , based on store availability.

What We're Looking For

  • Must have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
  • Field sales experience is essential.
  • FMCG experience
    strongly preferred (vape, nicotine pouch, tobacco a major plus).
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Confident delivering training and representing brands professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in brand advocacy, field marketing, merchandising, or territory management is highly beneficial.
  • Comfortable using mobile apps and CRM tools for reporting.
