We are now looking for a Fleet Workshop Administrator to join our Fleet Operations team at our Prep Centre. This is a part-time, permanent position, offering a competitive salary dependent on experience. You will be working Monday to Friday 9:00am to 12:00pm, or 9:30am to 12:30pm, with salary dependent on experience.

The Role - what will I be doing?
As a Fleet Workshop Administrator, you'll support the smooth and efficient running of our workshop operations. Working closely with the Workshop Manager, technicians, and fleet administrators, you'll coordinate key administrative tasks to keep our vehicle preparation process running seamlessly.
You'll do this by:
- Managing workshop documentation, job cards, and system updates
- Monitoring delivery trackers and vehicle handovers
- Ordering and reconciling parts
- Preparing leasing packs and ensuring accurate records
- Supporting quality control and cleanliness checks using iAuditor and Pinnacle
- Contributing to performance reporting and process improvements

You'll have:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience in fleet or workshop administration (preferred)
- Confidence using digital tools and fleet systems (e.g., Pinnacle, iAuditor)
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on compliance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
