Fleet Administrator

Location: Goole – James Street & New Potter Grange Site
Mon - Fri , including 30 minute unpaid break each day
Are you organised, detail-focused, and ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced logistics environment? We are looking for a proactive and dependable Fleet Administrator to support our busy Fleet team on a part-time basis.
In this key support role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transport and logistics systems, from managing driver paperwork and vehicle maintenance schedules, to ensuring compliance with tachograph and working time regulations.
You'll work closely with drivers and logistics colleagues, help oversee stock and fleet equipment, support training coordination, and contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong admin and organisational skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office and online systems
- A cool head under pressure and great communication skills
- Experience in logistics/transport environments
- Good geographical knowledge of the UK
- Interest in gaining a CPC qualification is desirable but not essential
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining tachograph & WTD systems
- Managing logistics documentation (PODs, timesheets, vehicle checks, etc.)
- Coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs
- Supporting driver compliance and training
- Contributing to health, safety, and continuous improvement processes
- Acting as a key liaison between drivers, planners, and wider departments
